KRYM RENTALS

• Renters must be at least 18 years old

• Valid government-issued photo ID required

• Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must possess a Florida Boating Safety Education Certificate or approved temporary certificate

• Failure to meet requirements may result in cancellation without refund

• A deposit is required to secure your booking

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received

• The remaining balance is due before departure

• A signed rental agreement and waiver form are required to be done prior to your booking

• Failure to complete required paperwork may result in cancellation of the booking

• The primary renter is responsible for all passengers, damages, and compliance with rental terms

• 72+ hours before rental: Full refund of all amounts paid

• 24–72 hours before rental: 50% refund of all amounts paid

• Less than 24 hours before rental: No refund

• No-shows are non-refundable

• Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

• Weather-related cancellations are handled under our Weather Policy

• Fuel is included with all single-day rentals

• Multi-day rentals may be subject to additional fuel charges based on usage

• Excessive fuel usage beyond normal recreational operation may incur additional charges

• Multiple launch locations are available to book throughout South Florida

• Pickup and delivery pricing varies depending on the selected launch location

• Contact us for pricing if your desired launch location is not listed

• The vessel accommodates up to 8 passengers, including the operator

• Capacity limits must be followed at all times for safety reasons

• Safety is our top priority

• If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by Krym Rentals, the rental may be rescheduled or refunded at Krym Rentals' discretion

• Krym Rentals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any reservation due to weather, safety concerns, vessel maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances

• Fuel for single-day rentals

• Life jackets for all passengers

• Pre-departure safety and operation walkthrough

Optional Add-Ons:
• Floating Mat (+$50)

• Prior boating experience is not required

• A basic safety and operation overview will be provided before departure

• Renters are responsible for operating the vessel safely and following all applicable laws
